The initial purpose of VBRE was invest in, purchase, or otherwise acquire and own and develop, real estate and personal property of every kind and description.   As an extension of this business model the Directors found it beneficial to expand services to include the lease and marketing of real estate in its many differing uses.

The decision was taken to enter leasing of condotels with the offer of The BSA Tower Condominium Corporation to operate a “serviced apartment operation” in the Central Business District of Makati City.  This enabled the companies experienced executives to expand into this new and dynamic market.

Past Accomplishments (completed/managed by RVR or VBRE):

  • Fund raised P521 Million for construction of Tribeca Towers 3 & 4 for Landco Pacific Corp.
  • Re-developed and sold the 8-Storey Regatta Condominium in San Juan, MM for Cabanilla Marketing and Development Corp.
  • Fund raised P75 Million for Terrazzas de Punta Fuego for Fuego Land Corp.
  • Re-furbished the factory of OPTIS SNI Manufacturing Philippines, Inc. factory in Cavite
